Asset Manager Program
Arrow Real Estate is offering a unique opportunity through its paid, 1-year Real Estate Asset Manager Program, designed to provide hands-on experience across multiple departments, including Accounting, Short-Term Rentals, Commercial Real Estate, Residential Property Management, and HOA Management. Starting with accounting and financials, participants will dive into various aspects of real estate management, with mentorship from experienced professionals throughout the program. Applicants should be college graduates with an active real estate license, strong communication and organizational skills, and a passion for real estate. Upon completion, participants may have the opportunity to join a department or transition to a Business Development Representative role. Assistant Community Manager
The Assistant Community Manager will support the Community Manager in a variety of administrative tasks and responsibilities. Key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service to homeowners, Board Members, and vendors, assisting with community-related tasks, assembling board packets, preparing agendas, and managing updates to association portals such as documents, board member details, community calendars, meeting minutes, and email blasts. The role also involves coordinating with third-party vendors, assisting with architectural applications, creating and following up on work orders, and maintaining system notes. Additional duties will be assigned as needed.
Property Manager
The Property Manager is responsible for the operational and financial performance of the property portfolio, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), and adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs). Key duties include financial statement analysis, pursuing delinquency, vendor negotiation, supervising capital improvement and maintenance projects, ensuring legal compliance, and maintaining strong client and tenant relationships. The role also involves managing tenant leases, resolving issues, performing inspections, and providing leadership to the team. Essential skills include attention to detail, strong communication, customer service, and proficiency in property management software (AppFolio preferred). A flexible schedule and adherence to company policies and standards are required.
Assistant Property Manager
The Assistant Property Manager plays a key role in supporting both individual and team efforts across various property management tasks. This position involves overseeing rent collections, managing delinquencies, coordinating maintenance and repair requests, and leading rental evaluations and marketing campaigns. The role also includes handling leasing agreements, tenant move-ins/move-outs, and resolving tenant complaints. Additionally, the Assistant Property Manager will prepare financial reports, assist with legal matters and evictions, onboard new properties and clients. Special projects and direct support for the Manager and President will also be required as needed.

The Leasing Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting property management, leasing, and maintenance tasks. Responsibilities include conducting property showings, reviewing applications, drafting leases, performing property inspections, and handling tenant move-ins/move-outs. Additional duties involve overseeing rent collections, addressing delinquencies, managing maintenance requests, and resolving tenant complaints. The role also includes assisting with rental evaluations, marketing campaigns, posting notices, and special projects. The Leasing Administrative Assistant provides direct support to the Manager and President as needed.
Business Development Representative
The Business Development Representative will play a key role in driving growth by identifying and nurturing new business opportunities. This position involves prospecting potential clients, reaching out to leads, and building strong relationships to expand the client base. Responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying key decision-makers, and scheduling meetings with prospects to present services and solutions. The Business Development Representative will also collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead conversion, track performance metrics, and assist in the creation of proposals and presentations. A strong focus on achieving sales targets and fostering long-term business relationships is essential.
